Wednesday

I've decided to schedule my workouts into my day so that I am consistent with my pre/post workout food and when I'm working out so I ensure I have enough time to give the workout 100%.

Today's work

:30 @85-90%
:30 @ 50%

I was able to keep my meters w/in 112-118 every interval.

I felt good today I was worried that I would be overly exhausted after 10, but I felt good the entire time!
