--I hit for pull ups every set and used 40# DB for my first 2 sets and 42.5# DB for my last 3 sets. Right shoulder kept popping...uncomfortable.

--I hit all of these unbroken! I was super excited about that...feel like I finally figured out my TTB kip!
C. 50 unB Wall Balls rest as needed x2
--umm these definitely weren't unbroken. I used a 15# med ball and measured the wall outside for these. I went 26, 5, 9, 10 on my first set and 15, 10, 10, 10, 5 on my second set.
Legs were pretty tired today. Just feeling all around fatigued today.
